Use and Care

Place the wave-pattern side against a clean, dry floor. Check the mat for movement before practice and discontinue use if the floor or mat becomes wet. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Roll loosely with the top surface facing outward.
